Am I Stupid Enough To Work In Customer Service?

How do complete morons get these jobs in customer service? Seriously!
I think there must be some test that you have to pass that requires you are really stupid, can't think for yourself, and are rude.

  1. And I'm not making a comment about the customer service reps, but on the corporations that send the jobs elsewhere, but you don't qualify, Stephanie. English has to be your second or third language, not your first.

  2. That is so true. I am all for equal employment, but if you can't speak the language for the country you are working for that is a problem. When I was in SF, my credit card was declined because the moron working in card services didn't understand that 2010 is next year, not last year. She kept saying, "you card is no more, expire" UGH!
